Why holiday in Costalita, Estepona, Costa del Sol?

Costalita is a little oasis of lush green gardens and swimming pools leading down to a quiet and scenic beach with two beach bar restaurants.  We chose to buy in Costalita because it offered us what we felt was one of the best locations, without any road noise, on the Costa del Sol.

Whilst being close to busy fun places like Puerto Banus, Marbella, and Estepona, not to mention lots of golf courses, Costalita itself is a peaceful retreat.  Our part of the development, Costalita "E" phase 5 is the second newest part of the development.

Another great appeal is being able to walk to the beach directly in under 5 minutes, via lovely private tropical gardens, and without having to cross any roads.  Several great restaurants, shops and 2 supermarkets (Aldi and Mercedona) are all within easy walking distance too.

Many other owners on the development never rent their apartments, which normally means there are plenty of sunbeds free around the pool.  There is security, and the area feels very safe.

With an average of 325 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees the Costa del Sol makes an ideal location for your family holiday.

Wheelchair Friendly

Whilst our apartment is located on the second floor there is an easily accessible lift which accesses the underground parking area as well as the ground floor.  There is level entry to our apartment.  The grounds have good paths which lead to the pool and beach promenade without steps.  However the apartment has not been adapted to offer disabled facilities.
