A very large room with 2 comfortable leather sofas, 1 of which is a double sofa bed. New TV Box for 2019 with every channel you could have plus Netflix and now Prime Video.  And for all those sports fans out there you can no watch all Premiership games live! All of this can be watched on a flat screen Smart TV.  Bose CD player, Dining Table and 6 chairs, coffee table.  Another new addition for 2020 is an Echo Dot (Alexa).  Patio doors with electric shutters, leading to the balcony.

Fitted with a full range of modern units, Dishwasher, Full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, full size oven and 4 burner hob. Extensive range of cutlery, crockery and pans.

Comfortable double bed, range of fitted cupboards and wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. and bedside cabinets.  Window with views over swimming pool and gardens. Hairdryer

Bath with shower, wash basin, separated WC and bidet.  Marble tiled walls and floor with under floor heating. Window.

Balcony

A good sized south facing balcony with great views over the swimming pool and gardens.  Table with 4 chairs and a 2 seater sofa.  Planted window boxes.  The balcony is covered to give protection from the full heat of the sun, and you can stay out in the fresh air on the rare occasion when it rains.

Communal Gardens and Swimming Pool

There's a fabulous swimming pool just beneath our apartment.  It's always kept clean and is seldom busy.

The gardens are impeccably maintained and a pleasure to stroll through.

Secure Underground Parking Space

Being underground means you always get into a cool car, even on the hottest of days.  Entry is via a secure gate and remote controlled door.
